One Life Medical - Customer Case Study

One Life Medical, formerly the Capalaba Surgery, is a family-owned healthcare provider in Redlands that needed help repositioning itself after relocating to the Alexandra Hills Shopping Centre. Sustainable Marketing was engaged to create a new name, brand positioning strategy, visual identity, and ongoing marketing to help attract new patients and support the transition.

Sustainable Marketing delivered the rebrand, new brand story, building signage, surgery design recommendations, and a series of campaigns including flu, Movember, summer health checks, and 45–49 year health checks, supported by advertising, public relations, and patient communications. The results included stronger patient comfort and awareness, an increase in non-bulk-bill patients, and a considerable rise in patient numbers, with the business reporting ongoing growth and high trust in the One Life Medical brand.
