Bikurei Hasadeh Darom, one of Israel’s largest food conglomerates, needed a more agile and reliable ERP platform to handle financial transactions across its complex production and distribution operations. To move beyond its legacy IBM AS/400 system, the company chose SAP Business One with Suse Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications and SAP HANA on Dell EMC hardware.

Suse implemented a stable, highly engineered platform that integrated SAP Business One with the existing AS/400 system through Web Services. The result was faster, smoother transactions, immediate access to business data, and automated invoice generation, while reducing the need for major staff retraining. Bikurei Hasadeh Darom also reported improved system stability and is now considering expanding the solution further, including a Warehouse Management System.
