Morizon.pl, part of MZN Property S.A., is Poland’s leading real estate portal (1.4M monthly users, 540K listings) preparing to launch the country’s first One Stop Shop for property buyers. To build services that truly match user needs and to simplify mortgage and buying processes, the company needed scalable, easy-to-configure tools to understand user intent, qualify leads and monitor service quality across many agency partners.

Morizon implemented Survicate surveys (targeted website surveys and email NPS) integrated with UserEngage to enrich user profiles, drive lead generation, guide mortgage content, and track customer experience. The program collected 389,670 responses (167,440 on a single survey), yielded high open‑ended response rates, improved listing relevance and conversion, and provided actionable NPS insights that inform product changes as Morizon advances toward its One Stop Shop vision.
