NN Investment Partners (part of Nationale-Nederlanden) is an asset manager active in more than 18 countries that relaunched its brand and site in July 2015. During the rebrand they redesigned the most‑visited page—the investment funds listings—but internal feedback risked being biased, so the team wanted real visitor opinions to avoid “corridor testing” and verify whether the new design actually worked.

They ran targeted Survicate widgets asking visitors “Do you like the new design?” (with prompts for negative respondents), and combined those responses with heat maps and Google Analytics (via Survicate’s GA integration).
