Kard, a French fintech startup offering pocket money card and account solutions for teens and parents, needed a fast way to gather customer insights, improve trust, and raise low review ratings. Using Survicate and its NPS surveys, Kard’s CRM manager Robin Tussiot aimed to collect feedback at key points in the customer journey and understand what users wanted from the product.
Survicate enabled Kard to embed surveys directly in Intercom Messenger, automate condition-based follow-ups, and run both transactional and relational NPS surveys. The results were strong: Kard increased its Trustpilot rating from 4.2 to 4.8, received over 1,000 surveys in a single day, and uncovered valuable feedback that helped identify bugs, guide product decisions, and strengthen its customer feedback loop.
