Taxfix, Germany’s popular tax app, needed a better way to retain mobile users in a highly seasonal business where trust and relevance matter most. Working with Survicate and its in-app NPS surveys, Taxfix aimed to understand customer sentiment, segment users more precisely, and deliver personalized CRM journeys at the right moment.
Survicate helped Taxfix collect event-triggered feedback in the mobile app, save partial responses, and send audience data to Braze for personalized messaging. As a result, Taxfix achieved an NPS of 68, an 88% completion rate on the post-filing survey, about an 80% completion rate on the post-assessment survey for returning users, and a 33% response rate overall to NPS surveys.
