How Survicate & HubSpot Power Top Travel Experience at WeSki

WeSki, a travel tech company offering an online self-service platform for booking ski trips, needed a better way to understand customer satisfaction and improve its service across the booking and travel journey. The team used Survicate along with HubSpot to collect continuous feedback from customers after purchase and after the trip, helping them stay on top of a complex, multi-part travel experience.

Survicate helped WeSki run transactional surveys, measure satisfaction across flights, transfers, accommodation, and NPS, and route feedback into HubSpot for fast analysis. As a result, WeSki gathered over 2,600 survey responses in the 2022/23 season, maintained an NPS of 55, achieved 10x growth versus pre-COVID levels, and used customer insights to launch the WeSki Bookings page, one of its biggest recent features.
