ParkBee helps city drivers find parking by partnering with private property owners and car park operators to unlock spaces for public use, but it needed a better way to monitor and improve the customer journey. To do this, ParkBee’s Customer Service team used Survicate CSAT surveys to collect qualitative feedback on the parking experience, from finding a space to understanding location details.
With Survicate, ParkBee combined customer feedback with its other data in Looker to spot pain points and act quickly. Based on insights about hard-to-find parking spots, ParkBee added more signage and improved app instructions and photos, leading to a 20% decrease in contact rate for that issue.
