How Packhelp Mastered Customer Feedback to Become a Custom Packaging Leader

Packhelp, a custom packaging marketplace, needed a better way to understand why customers behaved the way they did, beyond what analytics tools could show. The team wanted to capture feedback across the customer journey and use it to improve product development, website usability, and business decisions, so they turned to Survicate and its survey software.

Survicate helped Packhelp launch website, product, churn, and product-market-fit surveys, including NPS and CSAT tracking company-wide. The results were substantial: more than 50 surveys, over 30,000 responses, and a 10% survey response rate, with some surveys reaching 50% response rate. Survicate also helped Packhelp discover that about 40% of homepage visitors were just browsing, reveal high product satisfaction, and identify features to add to the roadmap, such as real-life dimensions in the editor.
