Landing, a Gen Z-focused social platform that evolved from an interior design tool into a community-led creative space, needed a better way to understand what users wanted as its audience and product changed. With Survicate, Landing collected continuous feedback across touchpoints to keep up with community needs, identify product-market fit, and uncover pain points the team couldn’t see from analytics alone.

Survicate helped Landing run product-market fit surveys, add a Feedback Button in the design studio, and target questions more precisely through Segment integration. The results included clearer insight into where users were coming from, stronger roadmap decisions, and faster bug discovery and fixes; for example, feedback revealed new top-of-funnel channels like TikTok and Pinterest, highlighted the demand for a mobile app, and surfaced a scrolling bug affecting some devices.
