How BPS World Using NPS Score to Promote Their Services

BPS World is a UK-based global recruitment firm (100+ employees) that wanted a simple way to measure customer engagement using Net Promoter Score (NPS) and to promote its services with a credible, automatable metric. After finding other tools clunky, marketing manager William Geldart sought a survey solution that would integrate with their ATS and Mailchimp to streamline NPS collection across regions.

BPS implemented Survicate email surveys integrated with Mailchimp and Microsoft Power BI to automate NPS surveys for candidates and hiring managers in the UK/Europe, APAC and the US. The workflow produced a strong NPS (over 50) that BPS now uses in external marketing, supports internal recognition, and—through segmentation—highlighted lower satisfaction among contract candidates, enabling targeted improvements.
