A Survicate Case Study
RaveNectar is an independent-artist apparel e‑commerce brand selling festival-style shirts and hoodies. They wanted to test customer interest in expanding into other clothing categories and to verify whether their website made buying easy for visitors, with the goal of increasing sales and attracting more shoppers.
Using Survicate’s targeted website surveys, RaveNectar ran on‑site widgets asking visitors which products they wanted and what prevented them from buying. Over 11,000 people responded; the top requests were hats (~3,700), pants (~3,300) and leggings (~2,800). The insights guided new product rollouts (including yoga mats and leggings) and prompted clearer site changes—like more visible shipping cost and timing—reducing purchase friction.
