Amul, officially Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd. (GCMMF), is India’s leading FMCG cooperative and the force behind the Amul and Sagar brands. Facing the need to strengthen employee training and development, Amul wanted a better way to run 360-degree assessments across managers and operations teams so employees could voice their training needs and competency gaps more clearly. SurveySparrow implemented customized 360-degree feedback surveys with custom roles and permissions, standardized question sets, white-labeled branding, and real-time response tracking. This helped Amul manage multiple feedback groups, adjust deadlines, and send reminders to improve participation.
