Podimo, the Copenhagen-based audio entertainment platform, wanted to better understand who its users are, what drives their preferences, and the “why” behind their behavior as its audience grew across Europe. To move beyond surface-level behavioral data and one-off research projects, Podimo needed a flexible way to run continuous customer research and gather deeper feedback at scale. SurveySparrow’s survey platform was selected to support these user experience and market research efforts.
Using SurveySparrow, Podimo created custom surveys, applied advanced segmentation with custom variables, and generated detailed reports to analyze responses by user group and question. This helped Podimo collect more actionable insights in-house, with surveys averaging 2,300 to 3,000 responses for larger studies and about 1,500 responses for project-based surveys. With SurveySparrow, Podimo improved its product development process, saved time and resources, and reduced reliance on third-party agencies.
