How METAdrasi enhances their NGO operations using SurveySparrow

METAdrasi, a Greek nonprofit supporting refugees and migrants, needed a more integrated employee experience platform to improve internal communication, boost employee development, and gather feedback more effectively. The organization also wanted to measure program effectiveness and tailor services to the changing needs of refugees and migrants, but its previous tools lacked flexible question types, multiple survey formats, strong reporting, and an intuitive interface.
