Accessing Real-time Feedback Data Straight from Zendesk

DealDash, the online auction marketplace with more than 12 million registered shoppers, needed a faster way to move customer service survey data into Zendesk. Previously, feedback collected after support interactions had to be manually extracted and reformatted, making the process time-consuming and inefficient. Surveypal’s Zendesk integration was used to address this challenge.
