StoneArch Meetings faced the challenge of turning a 3-day national sales event into an engaging, learning-focused experience that would drive information retention and friendly competition across five sales regions. To add a creative, interactive layer to the event, StoneArch Meetings used the Survey Anyplace platform to deliver mobile quizzes that could be branded and accessed easily by attendees.
Using Survey Anyplace, StoneArch Meetings created session-specific multiple-choice quizzes (each with its own short URL) that were emailed to 200 attendees each morning; participants took the quizzes on their phones after breakout sessions and results updated in real time on the Survey Anyplace site. Organizers sorted scores by region and displayed live standings around the venue, producing a 95% participation rate, no app installs required, and measurable improvements in engagement and knowledge retention.
