Daily Bread, an Amsterdam-based agency, needed to capture high-quality, in-the-moment feedback during a one-day, three-city mobile event for Hertog Jan involving 250 pub, hotel and restaurant owners split into 75 groups using 75 iPads. They partnered with Survey Anyplace and used Survey Anyplace’s mobile surveying tool to avoid app installs and ensure feedback could be collected while participants stood in front of retail venues.

Survey Anyplace delivered a 100% Hertog Jan–branded, template-based mobile survey that transmitted responses in real time to a seven-person team, allowing rapid sorting in Excel and incorporation of more than 450 submitted photos into the final presentation. The result was actionable, user-generated insights posted online the same night—turning what could have taken months into hours—and prompting a planned follow-up with Survey Anyplace.
