Case Study: Zynga achieves real-time, non-disruptive player insights with Survey Analytics

A Survey Analytics Case Study

Preview of the Zynga Case Study

Zynga - Customer Case Study

Zynga, the world’s largest social game developer with roughly 290 million monthly active users and titles like FarmVille and Zynga Poker, needed a way to gather meaningful player feedback without interrupting short play sessions. Although Zynga already used behavioral data extensively, they required fast, scalable insight into how players think and feel to guide design and product decisions.

Working with Survey Analytics, Zynga deployed in‑game, randomized surveys that took under two minutes and used techniques such as conjoint analysis to minimize burden while capturing broad perspectives. The initiative produced thousands of real‑time responses, allowing Zynga to prioritize and rapidly implement feature improvements and to plan potential new games based on player needs.
