The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), part of the NIH, needed a better way to collect feedback and communicate research and initiatives to patients, clinicians, scientists, media, and other stakeholders. To improve customer service and business processes across a wide range of audiences, they sought a survey platform that would be easy to use for both staff and respondents.
NHLBI partnered with Survey Analytics to deploy accessible, user-friendly surveys that typically gathered 5–100 respondents per study. The feedback produced robust, actionable insights that informed process improvements and strengthened customer service practices; the ongoing partnership continues to support better business processes, new discoveries, and meaningful findings.
