A Survey Analytics Case Study
The Adecco Group, a Fortune Global 500 leader in HR solutions with ~32,000 employees and over 5,500 offices worldwide, needed a reliable way to maintain open, ongoing communication with its vast base of clients and associates to understand evolving needs across regions and languages. In early 2008 Adecco sought a platform capable of delivering large-scale, segmented global surveys that could reach both clients and employees and accommodate local particularities while preserving standardized methodology.
Using the Survey Analytics platform, Adecco launched its first global survey by July 2008, reaching more than 400,000 clients and associates across multiple continents in 15 languages with targeted client/employee segmentation. The program uncovered unit-level strengths and weaknesses, helped prioritize improvement actions, assessed brand positioning versus competitors, and supported client and associate acquisition and retention—leading to a twice-yearly survey cadence and expected improvements in net promoter score.
