Surveillance Secure Upgrades Electronic Security System for St. Stephen’s and St. Agnes School

St. Stephen’s and St. Agnes School, a K–12 college-preparatory Episcopal school in Alexandria, needed a fully integrated electronic security system to improve threat response and unify siloed legacy systems across three campuses. Surveillance Secure (partnering with Alliance Technology Group and Genetec) was engaged to overhaul surveillance, access control, intrusion, and alarm systems covering 3 campuses, 12 buildings, 102 cameras and 55 doors.

Surveillance Secure led a six-month design and approval process and, with multiple technical teams, removed the old systems and installed the new integrated solution over a single three-day holiday weekend. The result is centralized, single-login monitoring, instant lockdown capability, upgraded video quality, faster decision-making and response, and demonstrably improved protection and investigative efficiency for students, faculty, and staff.
