Surveillance Secure Implements Security for Black Hill Residential Community and Office Campus

Black Hill Residential Community and Office Campus is a large mixed-use development in Clarksburg, Maryland—more than three million square feet of living and working space currently entering construction—with a Phase I seven‑building multi‑family and senior living complex. The community needed scalable access control and comprehensive video surveillance to protect residents, staff and future retail/hotel tenants. Surveillance Secure was engaged to provide those security services, including doors, callboxes, cameras with cloud access, and alarm/fire monitoring.

Surveillance Secure implemented resident access control (doors and callboxes), internal and external surveillance cameras with cloud‑based video access, and alarm and fire monitoring across the seven Phase I buildings. The solution gives security personnel reliable, flexible cloud storage and rapid remote access to footage during incidents, improving response and oversight; it secures the initial seven‑building phase of the Black Hill development and will be expanded by Surveillance Secure as the project moves into Phase II.
