Case Study: Large Manufacturing Company Optimizes Employee Benefits with Survature

A Survature Case Study

Preview of the Large Manufacturing Company Case Study

A large manufacturing company optimized their employee benefits package by determining what matters most to employees

Large Manufacturing Company, a global manufacturing organization, needed a better way to balance employee benefits costs with employee needs and preferences. Traditional surveys had not produced useful differentiation, with most benefit options appearing to have similar value. The company turned to Survature to better understand what employees actually valued.

Using Survature’s survey platform and its brief, priority-based survey experience, the HR team gathered more actionable feedback in about three minutes per survey. The results showed that employees’ top priorities were the 401k plan, personal time off, and salary, while among health benefits they cared most about deductibles, out-of-pocket medicine expense, premiums, copays, and prescription costs. With this insight, Large Manufacturing Company was able to refine its benefits package, reduce unnecessary costs, and improve employee satisfaction.
