Rolla Municipal Utilities extends secure SCADA visibility to 16 substations with Survalent

Rolla Municipal Utilities (RMU) faced a challenge where its field crews and on-call staff lacked reliable, secure remote access to its SCADA system. Survalent implemented its SurvalentONE Live product, a secure read-only web interface that extended SCADA visibility to mobile devices and computers without requiring a VPN. This solution provided field crews with real-time monitoring capabilities for water and electric infrastructure, drastically improving troubleshooting efficiency and alarm response times. Survalent's tool became a widely adopted and essential asset for RMU's staff.
