Suitsupply merges online and offline to offer a collaborative, high-touch experience to all their customers

Suitsupply, a global clothing retailer with more than 140 locations, needed a way to recreate its high-touch in-store shopping experience when in-person visits stopped in April 2020. Working with Surfly and its co-browsing and video chat technology, the company set out to let customers collaborate remotely with team members while customizing purchases online.

Surfly enabled Suitsupply to meet customers on the Suitsupply website, co-browse the full site in real time, and use video chat to choose items and bespoke details together. This helped Suitsupply continue personalized service during closures, boost remote sales, and create a more efficient omnichannel experience that customers kept using even after stores reopened, including pre-screening items online for in-store pickup.
