SurfaceID provided a comprehensive solution encompassing industrial design, engineering, and firmware development. The resulting BioNano Genomics system utilizes a disposable nanochannel array chip and allows for ultra-fast processing and analysis of long DNA segments. This product achieved significant industry recognition, being selected as a finalist for the 2013 Medical Design Excellence Awards.
