ENT Networks, a managed service provider in Pleasanton, needed a business continuity and disaster recovery option that could do more than backup. Its team was managing multiple legacy tools, including Mozy, Carbonite, SonicWall CDP, and Symantec’s Backup Exec, but those systems were timeconsuming to manage and did not meet RTO and RPO needs.

Sureline Systems provided its SUREedge BCDR appliance, giving ENT Networks a simpler way to support virtual and physical machines, remote archiving, and private cloud disaster recovery. ENT said the solution was affordable, easy to manage, and required limited personnel resources, and Billy Buckley said the pricing model saves customers “tens of thousands of dollars each year.”
