Snoop is a London-based fintech start-up that aggregates customers’ bank accounts and uses AI to deliver personalised money-saving advice. SureCloud performed a holistic cyber risk assessment, delivered a prioritised mitigation roadmap, and ran ongoing penetration testing across Snoop’s web and mobile platforms to embed security-by-design and build internal capability. As a result, Snoop launched its beta in February 2020 and—with SureCloud’s continuing advisory and testing—had already processed over 12 million bank transactions and generated more than 10 million personalised recommendations while maintaining a secure, compliant platform ready to scale.
