Specsavers, the family-run optometry and healthcare retailer operating more than 2,700 stores across 10 countries, needed a more integrated governance, risk and compliance (GRC) approach. The company wanted to streamline risk, compliance, third-party assurance and data privacy processes, eliminate manual re-entry and data silos, reduce key-person dependency, and support both regional needs and an enterprise-wide view. Specsavers selected SureCloud after evaluating seven vendors.

SureCloud implemented its integrated GRC platform with modules for Risk Management, Compliance Management, Third Party Risk Management and Data Privacy. The solution is designed to improve efficiency, provide scalable support for future needs, and deliver clearer management information for better decision-making. While specific numeric results were not yet reported, SureCloud and Specsavers said the platform will provide stronger resilience, more streamlined global processes, and an intuitive user experience that supports broader adoption across the business.
