Smith & Howard, an Atlanta-based CPA firm with more than 150 employees, wanted to consolidate its technology portfolio while improving the experience for both internal users and clients. The firm was using multiple file-sharing systems, including Suralink, and needed a solution that would support both large multinational clients and smaller engagements, be easy to use, and require little hand-holding.

Smith & Howard chose Suralink’s integrated PBC portal because it was flexible, intuitive, and backed by responsive customer service. The firm rolled Suralink out firmwide, tripling its licenses, and found that users and clients could simply click and go without extensive training. The result was a better client and user experience, stronger support for remote work during COVID-19, and negligible productivity loss, with the team noting that Suralink helped them maintain existing clients and take on new ones.
