Providing a smooth cross-departmental implementation for a top 100 firm

Doeren Mayhew, a top 100 CPA and advisory firm with more than 500 staff across several U.S. and international offices, needed to replace the CCH Wolters Kluwer client portal it relied on in its audit workflow. The firm was also using email and Excel request lists, and it wanted a more hands-on system with stronger administrative control, better file handling, and fewer manual steps. It evaluated Suralink alongside other vendors as it searched for a better document exchange and request list solution.

Doeren Mayhew selected Suralink and rolled it out first in the Financial Institutions Group before expanding it to more than 15 departments. Suralink provided the features the firm needed out of the box, along with smooth implementation, live support, and client training materials. The result was a more organized process, less back-and-forth with clients, faster file collection, and real cost savings from delivering reports digitally instead of printing, binding, and mailing them. Doeren Mayhew has since grown to more than 300 Suralink licenses and is also considering Suralink’s Secure File Sharing to replace Sharefile.
