Aronson, a top 100 CPA firm, was using ShareFile to share documents with clients, but the platform was better suited for small exchanges than for the firm’s assurance workflow. As the firm looked for a more secure and user-friendly option, its CTO, Azunna Anyanwu, evaluated several tools and selected Suralink after getting input from audit and tax team members.

Aronson implemented Suralink as its supported client file-sharing platform, first in audit and later across tax as well. With Suralink, the firm improved security, reduced duplicate tools and local file handling, and cut down on emails and follow-up calls through better status tracking and comments; about 2,300 of its roughly 10,000 active clients now use the platform, and around 90% of them use it weekly or daily. The move to Suralink also helped Aronson win back a client and secure new business.
