How Ressort Wonen commissions hybrid NEN2767 inspections to increase quality

Ressort Wonen, a housing corporation, faced the challenge of increasing the quality of its building inspections and improving the accuracy of its source data. The high-rise complex in Rozenburg was difficult to inspect traditionally due to its height and proximity to water, leaving many areas inaccessible. To achieve a more complete NEN2767 report, they engaged vendor supRmen to provide a solution using 3D technology.

supRmen's solution involved scanning the buildings with drones to create a photorealistic 3D model, which was used to perform a hybrid inspection. This process provided a much larger sample size of inspected parts, including previously inaccessible areas, resulting in a qualitatively more complete NEN2767 report and accurate source data. The project also delivered an archive of high-quality images for future reference and provided the added benefit of reducing the need for physical visits to residents' homes.
