Case Study: Premium AEROTEC achieves end-to-end SCM process integration with SupplyOn AirSupply

Successful implementation of end-to-end SCM processes throughout multiple levels of the supply chain at Premium AEROTEC

Premium AEROTEC, a leading aerospace supplier with more than 8,000 employees, needed to replace its existing eSupply system for supplier collaboration within just a few months. The company chose SupplyOn’s AirSupply solution to better support industry-specific, end-to-end order and delivery processes across its supply chain.

SupplyOn implemented AirSupply in six months across Premium AEROTEC’s three northern German sites, connecting around 100 of 250 production material suppliers at launch, 90% of whom were already using the platform. The project was completed on time and in budget, first customer part numbers were ordered via AirSupply in April 2013, and Premium AEROTEC gained end-to-end SCM visibility from OEM to tier 2, with plans to extend the rollout to all suppliers and eliminate paper processes.
