SupplyOn implemented a Finance Portal that provides suppliers with a comprehensive, transparent view of all their invoices and processing statuses, regardless of the original invoicing channel. The portal also features a structured request channel that integrates directly with Bosch's internal systems, ensuring efficient processing. This solution drastically reduced the number of inquiries, eliminated lost requests, and significantly improved process efficiency for both Bosch and its suppliers, with an initial rollout to 18,000 suppliers across 27 countries.
