Elbe Flugzeugwerke GmbH turns to AirSupply to digitalize its supply chain

Elbe Flugzeugwerke GmbH (EFW) turned to SupplyOn to digitalize its supply chain and improve ordering processes with its most important suppliers. Using SupplyOn’s AirSupply solution, EFW wanted a more collaborative and transparent way to coordinate delivery quantities and dates, while also improving supplier performance.

SupplyOn implemented AirSupply to support digital purchase order collaboration across EFW’s supplier network, replacing error-prone Excel exchanges with a shared system. Since going live, EFW has issued more than 7,000 purchase orders and is using the tool with nearly 30 suppliers, with clear gains in transparency, smoother coordination, and positive supplier feedback.
