SupplyOn implemented its Sourcing tool across the Aumovio group, configuring decision templates and a procurement database known as the Sourcing List. The solution automated bid evaluation, included all stakeholders in the process from the outset, and provided transparent documentation, including the option to "freeze" completed processes. This resulted in procurement processes that are incontestable and fully compliant. The measurable impacts include a considerable reduction in internal coordination time and manual bid evaluation effort, a strengthened negotiating position, and minimized audit preparation, with 650 buyers trained across three continents within two months.
