Front of the House (FOH), a Miami-based provider of tableware and hospitality accessories, struggled with non-standardized shared-service finance operations: paper-based and manual invoice processing, high error rates, slow approvals, poor exception management and limited collaboration. To address these challenges FOH partnered with Supervity and implemented Supervity's Finance AI Agent to automate accounts payable, record-to-report, cash management and month-end close processes.
Supervity deployed AI Agents to digitize invoices, extract and validate data, automate matching and approvals, handle exceptions and post directly to the ERP. The solution achieved dramatic results for FOH: 95% elimination of manual data entry, 100% accuracy (zero data-entry errors), ~90% reduction in invoice and approval cycle times, 70% backlog reduction, over 1,000 staff-hours saved per month and an 80% improvement in processing costs, enabling expansion of AI automation across additional finance functions.
