WZV (Wege-Zweckverband) is the road association for 94 municipalities in the Segeberg district, known as the “professionals in orange” for their waste management, community services and wastewater management. Facing scattered information across an ERP, document management system and a custom container/order application, WZV sought a top-tier CRM to centralize data, integrate with existing systems and overcome internal user-acceptance challenges.

SuperOffice was integrated smoothly—all systems used Oracle databases—while management drove adoption by starting with calendar features and expanding usage across departments. Today SuperOffice is the central platform for customer contact, tasks and appointments, enabling mobile work, preventing information loss, improving work quality and boosting team spirit.
