Synprodo, a Wijchen-based manufacturer of packaging and retail products and part of the Synbra group, needed a CRM that could support its sales process across multiple locations and integrate with its existing ERP. The company’s ERP was built for production and couldn’t meet the sales department’s requirements, so Synprodo sought a group-wide solution that would centralize sales activity and work with their current systems.
SuperOffice was customised and integrated with Synprodo’s email client and ERP so sales and office staff can record and monitor the full sales process from enquiry to order, share activities when colleagues are away, and archive communications automatically. The result is an efficient, centralized workflow with complete, consistent customer profiles, project-level tracking of requests and follow-ups, and a more proactive, professional approach to serving customers.
