Sepawand is a leading Dutch manufacturer of modular wall and prefab units for offices, schools, banks and other non-residential buildings. As the company grew, its server-based folder system could not keep up: project communications and registrations were inconsistent, important data wasn’t always stored centrally, and visibility across teams suffered.
In 2001 Sepawand implemented SuperOffice CRM to centralize customers, contacts, quotations and turnover and to standardize operational processes and documents. The system made all data accessible to employees, improved client performance and user satisfaction (according to Managing Director Ronald Elkenaar), and boosted efficiency—enough to reduce the workforce by two FTE.
