F. Brunner AG is a Swiss maker of wooden advertising and promotional products founded in 1983, selling via retail, wholesale and multiple web shops to industries, public authorities and institutions. The company receives about 90% of sales requests through email and its 10 websites, and the owner needed a way to handle inquiries and orders efficiently by storing all customer information in one place.
They replaced an obsolete CRM with SuperOffice (adopted in 1999), which centralized customer and supplier data and email conversations. As a result they can send orders easily, generate pre-press prints for database storage, create documents with one click, and manage sales and contacts more efficiently—avoiding the need to hire additional staff.
