A SuperOffice Case Study
De Vos Groep, a facilities and support provider offering services from cleaning and catering to IT and façade maintenance, faced fragmented customer data and reporting problems. Contacts were moved from card-index boxes into an in‑house Access database that required frequent undocumented changes, lacked a fully project-oriented approach and made linking financial project data to relational records difficult; management information was therefore sometimes incomplete or late, and staff needed easy Internet access to customer documents.
ANS Groep implemented SuperOffice as a multipurpose CRM, configuring variables and document links so the CRM could be linked to financial project data and reported on via Crystal Reports, and enabling web access through the SuperOffice Audience module. The result is centralized recording of contacts, sales and e-mail traffic, Exchange and PDA calendar synchronization, and use of SuperOffice for ISO documentation such as supplier assessments and visitor reports—delivering up-to-date contact data, uniform processes across subsidiaries, direct client access to reports and improved customer insight.
