SuperOffice worked with SCAN and Boer en Natuur to support the new Agricultural Nature and Landscape Management (ANLb) programme, where 40 agricultural collectives had to improve environmental outcomes and run processes more efficiently. The key challenge was building a user-friendly ICT system for many volunteers with limited digital experience while meeting EU/GDPR data-retention requirements.

The SCAN‑ICT solution combined GIS for plot-level records, SuperOffice CRM for relationship management and archiving, and a financial module; GIS “cards” are visible inside SuperOffice to show who did what and when, and an integrated helpdesk provides training and support. The result is faster, more transparent administration, strong compliance and retention, and broad recognition that the collectives now manage agricultural nature projects professionally and effectively.
