A SuperOffice Case Study
Atelier Michel Koene, a maker of custom furniture and facilities for care institutions and private customers, grew quickly and outpaced its informal communication processes. With multiple employees working on the same accounts and no central tracking, work was being duplicated, projects slipped through the cracks, and the company lost visibility into who handled which customer interactions.
The company rolled out SuperOffice across purchasing, sales, management, finance and assembly, recording all customer communication in a shared contact history and using agenda, sales-tracking, selection and reporting features, plus an ERP (Eurofin) link for installed-base visibility. While monetary ROI is still being evaluated, SuperOffice has become the company’s sales guideline, delivering daily benefits: clearer customer communication, centralized information, better sales control and faster, targeted marketing.
