Supermetrics pulled marketing sources (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Mailchimp, etc.) into BigQuery where VanMoof combined them with transactional and support data, enabling self-service querying, historical analyses (e.g., CAC over time), subscription LTV reporting, and BI dashboards in Data Studio.
