Dentsu Finland, part of the global dentsu group, needed to help clients migrate from Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4 while rethinking their broader data collection strategy. The agency also had to address challenges like data storage, dashboarding, and preserving access to Universal Analytics data, using tools such as Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and BigQuery alongside Supermetrics.
Supermetrics helped dentsu Finland streamline its four-step GA4 delivery model—discovery, planning, implementation, and activation—by moving data into warehouses, combining GA4 with other sources, and overcoming GA4 API quota limits. With Supermetrics, dentsu was able to keep client analytics functioning, build future-proof measurement plans, and even create 2- to 4-year roadmaps for data usage and activation.
