EPL Digital is a New York–based marketing agency (founded 2013, 10 employees) that manages seven‑figure monthly ad budgets across paid search, paid social and display. By implementing Supermetrics for BigQuery, EPL Digital now pipelines large ad and conversion datasets into BigQuery, uses SQL to join and reshape data, and presents automated dashboards in Power BI. Supermetrics enabled more reliable, faster transfers, deeper granularity (for example city‑level breakdowns and full‑funnel click‑to‑customer analysis), and reduced operational overhead — with about 90% of reporting moving to the BigQuery + Power BI stack and costs low enough that the tool can substitute for an annual data‑analyst hire. Supermetrics has thus helped the agency stay agile, scale reporting, and deliver more accurate, timely insights to clients.
