Rhein-Taxi, a taxi company in Düsseldorf, wanted to improve its Google ratings, manage incoming reviews more effectively, and strengthen local SEO. Using Superchat, Rhein-Taxi sent SMS review invitations with a rating link after each ride and automatically notified staff when new reviews came in so they could respond quickly.
